Industry driven courseware

The course is designed according to suit to the needs of latest industry trends, backed by practical training and specialized delivery methodology. Our innovative pedagogy includes GDs Mock Interviews, Role plays, extempore speech, Cultural Events, Games, assignments, case studies, team work, live projects and industrial visits for better industry interface. Special personality development modules of communication skills, soft skills and social & business etiquettes are imparted to ensure the making of industry ready professionals.

The two-year full time PGDM course consists of 6 trimesters. The 1st of 3 trimesters builds foundation of conceptual skills required for more specialized study to be pursued in the 2nd year as the programme. PGDM offers multiple specialization in Marketing, Finance, IT, Retail, International Business and Human Resource. The program involves rigorous training to equip future managers with conceptual framework and specific skills needed to be successful in the corporate world.

Pedagogy

Imparting education in management discipline is more of a total personality development than mere mastering the theories of the curriculum. Eligibility

Graduation from a recognized University with valid rank card of CAT/XAT/JMET/ATMA/OJEE/MAT.

Admission Procedure

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of CAT/XAT/JMET/ATMA/OJEE/MAT scores shall be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Training & Placement

DRIEMS has a well equipped and well thought-out placement cell that supports placement of students. The liaison & symbiotic relationships developed with leading business organizations, MNC’s & industries over the years by different departments is all leveraged for the final placement. Separate personality Development Sessions, Soft Skill Development Programmes are organized to prepare our students for high-end placement.

The prospectus and Application form can be obtained on all working days between 10.00 A.M. – 4.00 P.M. on payment of Rs. 750/- in cash or by post through DD drawn in favor of “DRIEMS Business School” payable at Cuttack.
